  • publication imagery;
  • screenshots;
  • other informational or editorial materials.

Such materials may originate from official manufacturer resources, dealer resources, press materials, event resources, user submissions, or other publicly accessible sources.

The fact that material is publicly accessible does not by itself mean that the Platform claims ownership of that material or that the material is free from intellectual property rights.

The Platform does not claim ownership of third-party copyrighted works, trademarks, photographs, logos, or other proprietary materials unless expressly stated.

2. Purpose of Third-Party Materials

Third-party materials appearing on the Platform are generally presented in connection with:

The time required for final resolution may depend on the complexity of the request and available evidence.

7. Voluntary Removal

Without admitting infringement or liability, the Platform may choose to remove or replace third-party material following a legitimate request where doing so is considered the most appropriate or practical resolution.

8. No Admission of Liability

Removal, modification, replacement, restriction, or other action taken in response to a request does not constitute an admission of infringement, wrongdoing, or legal liability by the Platform or its operator.

9. User-Submitted Content

Where disputed material was submitted through a user or business account, the Platform may contact the submitting party and request evidence of relevant rights or permissions.

The Platform may remove content where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.

10. Repeat Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly submit materials infringing third-party rights may be restricted or terminated.

11. False or Misleading Requests

Rights-holder requests must be submitted in good faith.

Persons submitting requests are responsible for the accuracy of their representations concerning ownership, authorization, identity, and alleged infringement.
